★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Implementation of a consolidated ticketing system since 1st March March 2019 is poorly organised. Only 1 entryway which clogged up. Airconditioning is also down. There is ongoing contruction, but how long would that take?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As Malaysia's public transportation has always impressed me, this bus station included. I didn't expect it to be busy and used to arriving an hour early to my desired departure time, we cut it pretty close. It's not like KL or JB, where you walk in, wait in line for an open kiosk. Here you take a number to be served to purchase a ticket. It was super busy that we waited nearly 40 minutes just to purchase a ticket. Overall we did get the time and bus line we wanted but it was more stressful than my other experiences. We were heading towards KL, and rightfully so, there was a huge demand considering we traveled on a Sunday. We didn't get enough to look around the station but just from rushing in, there were plenty of amenities offered in site; ATMs, currency exchange, snack shops, McDonalds and souvenir shops. The service was excellent from the ticket booth attendant to security staff. It would be easy to get lost as we did, but there plenty of people willing to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Main city bus station. You can get domestic bus and interstate bus. Also there is free bus to town. Better get grab if you want to go jonker street or red building and stadthuys.
People are so friendly, they give advice..
Delima and mayangsari is good bus option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Melaka biggest central bus terminal, a sprawling building with many bus ticketing counters and terminals. There are many intercity buses from other part of peninsular Malaysia stop here. Besides, the Melaka shuttle buses Panorama Melaka also stop and depart from here. This building also has many restaurants from fast foods like McD, Subway to local delicacies. There are toilet facilities here. There is an adjacent taxi stop here too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Good: Very big place; have many shops with reasonable price; friendly local - they're always ready to help and also can take a bus to KL or anywhere in here.
- Bad: It's looks old; sometime it's not easy to take bus - must wait a long time; toilet fee is 30 cent and some gates is permanent closed (such as gate C - platform 7).

It's not so big if compare with penang sentral. But quite comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drop off point from other cities and place to take the bus to get around on public transport. Busses aren’t too bad. Bus terminal has a McDonald’s but the area seemed to have a lot of trash and generally didn’t look terribly welcoming.
