Asked me to go back to HQ in KL.
Called hotline and was told they in fact can do it !
So now i have to go back to this branch again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a waste of time to call in their office number. I sent an enquiry via FB, was redirected to the list of phone numbers of the branch. Wasted one whole hour trying to call them up. Never again will I sign up for Auto-Financing under Maybank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The phone number of this Hire Purchase Branch are just as fictitious since nobody from this branch is willing to answer the phone. Waited for more than half an hour just to settle my hire purchase loan queries. We are in COVID-19 era whereby we want to reduce every direct physical contact as possible. If Maybank is trying to cut down staff on their loan branch, please at least, improve on your electronic banking customer experience, specifically on the loan part. Very disappointed with Maybank Auto Finance and this will be my last time taking up Hire Purchase loan with them. I will not recommend Hire Purchase loan from Maybank to anyone I know.
