โ โ โ โ โ Coming to this branch in hoping that they will assist me clear up things I don't know. I asked politely the person at reception desk but she was unfriendly responded, expecting like I've already know everything about all the services! Spoiled my mood straight away. The old lady, Zarinah, I expect you are the senior and have a better service skill but the young lady is far more better. Pathetic!

โ โ โ โ โ Smooth and pleasant experience to enter banking hall. Seats were offered to people with EzyQueue and elderly at the entrance, banking located at first floor of this branch was also not busy during my visit.

โ โ โ โ โ This bank i visited on April 22. On of the worst branch i have had. The counter at 1 st floor is worst taking one customer about 30 minutes to deal. I dont know why. Branch Manager please look into this matter. It is shamed provide customers service very bad. Making me wait 1 hour to get jump 3 numbers. What a shamed.
