"Stupid new policy. Only owner of motor insurance policy can come to do the Ncd withdrawal or cancelation. No third party are allowed to do so even the insurance runner. A big problem for policy holder to go here by themselves as it was very hassle and trouble to apply annual leave just to apply for Ncd withdrawal or cancellation. Oh come on.. Liberty insurance.. Your name doesn't show it has real liberty with this kind of service level."

Klang branch call to me and answer to me that even though the plan is same but must have different pricing unless i goes to HQ...
looks like Klang branch never follow the procedure from HQ even i shows the price quotation to them....
lastly i need to go HQ at Kuala Lumpur to renew the insurance...
the pricing of the insurance as from HQ is RM1036 and at Klang branch is RM1189 .....
every letter were sent by HQ and branch cannot follow...
Ridiculous is it?
