★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take leave on weekday just to stop the asb loan however que is long around 1 hour just to enter the bank in RMCO. For those who want to get their business here, just try other branch. The most profitable bank but no best procedure to keep customer happy

Zero efficient!
Low quality!
Long queue!
Queue for almost three hours but the Indian security guard keep let other ppl go in to do their so called “simple task”.
If you limit the ppl inside your office but at the same time you kept let ppl with simple task go in first! Then what for the others to line up at outside for hours?! It’s very unfair! Please take some action to solve it!
It’s too efficient MAYBANK BBS BRANCH!

I wished they'd extend the transaction to other branches in KL.
Selayang branch is very difficult to find a parking spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queue for 3 hours to open the account just to get reply oh you need appointment to open account. Whats the different of making appointment and walk in? People making appointment because they want to save time queuing. While me waiting patiently for 3 hours but got rejected in 30 sec because doesn't have appointment. What a bad service.
