Very slow and inefficient service from the investment and credit card banker. The banker lied about filling in correct data to ensure correct address to delivery credit card and also lied about sending info, when in fact it wasn't done until I chase after many weeks and days later, and have to call hq customer service to check myself. The banker even private message me saying like to informal chit chat and drink outside to discuss potential products but the proper work is not doing properly. I really shaking my head when I see the message and attitude of work. Not going to do investment with this branch anymore.

Never gave 1 star before. But this place can sense favoritism and racism. They calling people in between queue according to thier preferences. Clearly seen.

I came to inquire about hire purchase and guarantor, Was served by this person called Syahrol Nizam, he call to another customer while we are in front of him, waiting for him to finish talk for about 10 minutes. During the call we can tell his unprofessional talking skills, then he shows very incompetent knowledge nor skills about hire purchase, feels like he is an Intern there. I pray to God that the management will take action improve this and prevent Kota kemuning branch from being closed down.

Despite a very long waiting time to get served due to only 3 service advisor counters serving when I was there, I would like to say a Big THANK YOU to Encik Arifin who has been exceedingly helpful and went the extra miles to ensure my banking issues and requests were resolved and dealt with properly. He is an absolute STAR!

There is always a long Queue in front of this branch. Have to wait for hours just to get a simple task done. Definitely the man power is not enough for this branch and the service is super slow. I wish they find a solution.

Same as the Subang Jaya branch. Required an appointment before they will permit one inside. Brought my business to a friendlier bank.

I went there just to update my new contact number. Waited 1 hour plus in queue and there was a long queue as usual. I informed the officer from the start that I only want to update my new contact number for TAC/OTP. The officer asked me to wait and kept allowing other people to cut queue as per his prerogative. There isn't any priority lane for the senior citizens, pregnant ladies or OKUs as well and all are required to queue outside under the hot sun. When asked why the queue has not moved for an hour plus, the male officer with spectacles manning the queue had 1001 excuses saying that it was "good to get some sunbathing due to covid" . Come on, just speed up your services and the queue will be gone! After I confronted him, suddenly I got to fill up 2 forms and then shortly it was my turn. It turned out the front customer service counter was able to help me update my new hp number for my account. IT WAS DONE IN JUST 10 MINUTES!!! If someone were to use their common sense and go the extra mile to see what their customers need, then the waiting time would have been much faster for a simple task. I went to HONG LEONG and CIMB BANK and my contact number was updated in less than 20 mins including the queue. Maybank please learn from your competitors and increase your productivity and costumer service centric mindset.
