★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to public bank to open account on weekday lunch hour. Staff advise can come to bank on Saturday. On Saturday, there are only have one customer and one counter is open when I arrived. I tot it may take 10 to 15 mins only since only have one customer. After around 30mins, I asked how long I have to wait, and I told by staff another 10 mins. After that, One of staff helped me to open account because she saw I waiting for so long. Who know, staff told me I have to come back bank again on weekday because she unable to open online banking and ATM. It really wasted my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New branch that occupied 3 shop lots that just opened in this area. Great relief to the local residents that always going to the nearest jam packed branch in Sri Muda. This branch is new, clean and comfortable while waiting for your turn at the counters. This branch is not so crowded during lunch time on 3rd day of CNY that just started business today. Somehow, the customer service is taking quite a long time (2 to 3 hours waiting time) for each customer.
