★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harus berhati2 dengan pegawai yang menguruskan simpanan tunai yang di sebelah dalam..kerana setiap kali.buat penyimpanan seringkali dikatakan tidak mencukupi jumlah rm yang di isi pada borang untuk simpanan tunai sedang kan sebelum buat penyimpanan bukan 1 atau 2 staf kita buat semakan jumlah yang hendak disimpan..Pengiraan dibuat agak terlindung dan kita tidak nampak angka jumlah keping duit yg ditunjuk pada mesin kira2..mana2.bank brand atau cawangan lain kita memang ditunjukan secara jelas..setiap kali.pegi simpan kalau dah 4 ke 50 rm atau lebih tidak mencukupi mesti ada sesuatu yg dilakukan oleh pegawai tersebut..jadi berhati2 lah..buat masa sekarang saya telah arahkan staf saya pegi ke cimb bersebelahan..disana bukan tidak cukup malah berlebih2 walau sekeping 2 walaupun kadang2

Every time, storage is often said to be inadequate amount of rm in the form on the form for a medium cash deposit before making the storage instead of 1 or 2 of our staff to check the amount to be saved..The calculation is made quite insecure and we do not see the figure of the amount of money pointed to the machine kira2..mana2.bank brand or other branches we are clearly shown .. every time. save if it is 4 to 50 rm or so not enough to have something done by the officer .. so be careful .. now I have ordered my staff pegi to cimb adjacent .. where it is not not even even excessive even a piece 2 though sometimes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call pegawai dia jawab macam hawau, eh marah kita pulak. Padahal nak tanya benda basic pasal bank je pun nak maroh rude!!
Call the officer, he answered like hawau, eh, we're angry. Even though I want to ask basic things about the bank, I want to be rude !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Half an hour of waiting for a 3 min service when attended. All because the receptionist on duty was trying to sell asb loan and PA insurance and I said no. Good job for the officer but not the receptionist.

Had a housing loan from this branch (arranged via housing agent).
After two years suddenly they stop auto deduct. When called to clarify, an officer from housing loan department was very rude. Does not even helpful and repeatly ask to check my account when i had informed that it was not deducted! After that, she hang up while i was talking! So rude!
