★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pada 16 Nov 2021 saya telah berkunjung ke Petronas ini untuk mengisi minyak, kebetulan semasa tu ada seorang kakitangan bernama En Kadir berada di Pump No.2 tersebut. Saya telah menyapa beliau dan meminta untuk membantu saya mengisi minyak, beliau minta saya buat bayaran di kaunter dan saya maklum bayaran saya buat di apps Setel. Selepas saya selesai buat bayaran saya sekali lagi minta bantuan beliau, dengan sinis beliau tanya adakah saya ada masalah? Jika takda masalah isi sendiri. Dan dimaklumkan ini adalah prosedur daripada pihak PETRONAS. Untuk makluman ini adalah kali pertama saya mendapat makluman tersebut setelah hampir 2 tahun saya guna apps Setel ni dan ada ketika saya minta bantuan kakitangan yang berada di sekitar untuk bantu isi. Mohon penjelasan daripada pihak Pengurusan Petronas Taman Melati.
On 16 Nov 2021 I visited Petronas to refuel, it just so happened that a staff member named En Kadir was at Pump No.2. I greeted him and asked to help me refuel, he asked me to make the payment at the counter and I knew the payment I made in the Set apps. After I finished making my payment I again asked for his help, cynically he asked if I had a problem? If there is no problem, fill it yourself. And be informed this is a procedure from PETRONAS. For your information, this is the first time I got the notification after almost 2 years of using the Setel ni apps and there were times when I asked for help from the staff around to help with the content. Request clarification from Petronas Taman Melati Management.
