★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SP Setia South Property main office. The place (Setia Tropika) is very easy to access, just next to the North-South Highway. It has many fast food eating places such as KFC, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Vivo, Starbucks and Coffee Bean. Many parking space and good security.

Used to have ample parking lots but now many lots blocked off by a new construction of building next to McDonald. The cabby service is well appreciated from the parking areas to the Centre.
Requires more parking facilities to cater to the daily biz activities there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Setia Tropika Welcome Centre is easy to access, considering its located next to the North South Highway. The entrance to the Setia Tropika Welcome centre is from the Northbound NS highway.
You have a Plethora of fast food shops including Burger King, KFC, McDonald's, Pizza Hut and Vivo.
For the coffee connoisseurs you have Starbucks, Coffee Bean &Tea Leaf , Tea Garden and TeaLive.
For Banking you have Maybank and AmBank.
There is a big hall that's available for functions such as weddings.
Ample parking space is available however the smaller car park in front of AmBank and Starbucks seems to experience heavy traffic during peak hours.
The drive through heading to Burger King seems to be narrow if you are driving a Big Car. Still a lovely place all in.
