โ โ โ โ โ Came here to exchange spoiled money but was turned down eventhough Bank Negara has closed down their exchange counter and has ask commercial bank to exchange spoiled money on their behalf. Terrible communication betweens bank negara and commercial banks. Welcome to malaysia, where exchanging spoiled notes is made impossible. Syabas! Sila meninggal

You guy should try and get the experience make a deposit in level 2. 10.50am, current service is 8013, I'm the next number 8014 and no one around me, but now 11.55am I wait one hour and now not yet my turn?!? Omg. Look at your service? I cannot image one day how many customer can be served! I would give super negative star here if can

โ โ โ โ โ I did some research based on reviews on google since i wanted to open a savings account. The reviews really didnโt match any of the experiences i had today at this branches. Service is very good, staffs is very polite and helpful. It only took me an hour to open an account and card for atm services (make appointment first. It is very important to do so) very satisfied, hoping to come here more often ??
