★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most satisfying experience when attending any yoga sessions here, where you are allowed to make mistakes and correct them at your own pace. Helpful, understanding and patient staff. Super convenient to travel to as it's just about 10min walk from Taipan LRT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to get certified as a yoga instructor. The receptionist, Kasturi is very friendly and helpful, yoga instructors are very dedicated and patient in handling students. Questions are answered very well and love the environment and the people who attend the classes. They also offer many different type of classes at the academy, my favourite ones are body tone yoga and ashtanga. So much love for this place! Will definitely come back to complete 2 more levels of the international yoga instructor course!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offer monthly and yearly classes from Monday till Sunday. For those who like to become a yoga instructor, you can join the "International Yoga Instructor Course". I join yearly classes and hopefully classes will resume on Monday and Wednesday like before MCO. I often attend class on Thursday, Friday and Sunday (the teachers are passionate, experienced, patience and professional). For those who love Astanga, you will like the one and only astanga teacher (Ms Wirni) for her passionate teaching and generous sharing in the class. Beside good teachers, they also have a very friendly and helpful admin personnel (Ms. Kasturi).

Every class leaves me in total satisfaction, rejuvenation and peace. Very friendly and helpful admin staff, Ms Kasturi clarifies every doubt very patiently. Their instructor courses are well accredited by MOE. They also have many branches, making it convenient to attend the classes at different venues. Thank you MAYI
