β β β β β Very poor service. Called for an appointment for regular service and asked to come back next year. Previous bad experience...parts were not readily available as they need to get from their store elsewhere, ended up car stranded for more than a day for a simple job.

β β β β β i very disappointed of mazda sale service. 10/2 i went to one of ur sg besi outlet and pay a deposit for car Cx8, i been told that cx 8 temporary out of stock and need to wait.
after waiting for one week plus, i call and ask about the current status , sg besi branch still say out of stock, even i asked them to call ask other branches? they say all same. in the same day, my friend help me call and ask other branches, they told me that there got stock, and i feel cheated , i m disappointed of their service, i decide to cancel and they will will return back the money to me.
the second day i pay deposit to other branches since they say got stock.
after summiting all the thing, the second branches call me said that sg besi they hvnt cancel my bill and cannot order from other branch. WTF , mazda was collected my two time payment and this was *the service* they provided to client?

β β β β β I went to Mazda HQ to view and test the BT50 3.0. Only saw the 1.9 and was told no 3.0 for test drive is available. I even called up 8 different branches and none had a 3.0 for test drive. How can Mazda 'sell' a vehicle when a potential customer has no chance to test it? The competitors don't have this problem. I came to Mazda because I like the brand and if I buy a pickup was hoping it would be the BT50. It is unacceptable that all the branches in Malaysia doesn't have a test unit for a potential customer and I have to go to such length just to test a car that I like. Yes other car makers also have a tock issue but you still get a test unit to try and if we like we can book and wait. Mazda on the other hand just say the 3.0 is not available and stop me there. Then why do you advertise the 3.0 if you don't have it? Why do I have to do all the work to find 1 test unit when actually the car maker is the one who should convince me to part with my hard earned money?
