The Service centre is with very friendly environment and having friendly and polite staffs too, and with complimentary free flow coffee/tea/water and food. We were serve very promptly, of course with appointment.
Service advisor Mr. Jayprakash is very professional, friendly and helpful to our request and highlight of our requirements. The mechanic (I do not know his/their name/s), had done a good and thorough job.
Very happy with their services. Keep up the good work Mr. Jayprakash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BerMazda should just shift to online sales, because their sales consultants are the worst! Should diversify and not make it look like some village - we can see right pass your suits lah! So what? Servicing is still okay, even good in general, but some terrible service advisors can ruin your experience. Never be afraid to make your stand, when it comes to dealing with terrible staff, because they bring down your ownership experience, and are even destroying the Mazda brand in Malaysia. (Feedback and review from a current Mazda owner here, and overseas - many past models going back to the 90s.)

They even have kids friendly zone where parents can play around with their kids.
Complimentary hot drinks and even complimentary breakfast in the morning.
Just wish that the turnaround time for the servicing can be faster. A simple minor service can also take up to 4-5 hours due to the number of Mazda cars send here as they are also the HQ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient and friendly service. Free flow coffee, and sandwich available. For those that needs to work with their laptop, workstations are available upstairs. No powerpoint nearby though but if your laptop is fully charged, it'd be good for 3-4 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The centre has very friendly and polite staff, great facilities for families who opt to wait (TV, comfortable sofas, quiet area, softplay area), complimentary food and drinks) and its always a short wait to be served when you turn up for your appointment.
The one thing they could do to improved customer experience is to allow online booking of service appointments to avoid having to call in-in my case several times, as I had to wait till the wait time exceeded on the call.
