★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't start using the service already I hit a wall with MBE service. Reason is very difficult to call the phone numbers provided .nobody pickup the line.the operation hrs stated 9am-9pm mon till fri. called at 7.50pm Friday 9/7/2021. called this 05-545 3700

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in caltex petrol station, MBE is an authorized agent which providing freight services consist of post laju, DHL, FedEx and etc. The contact number is working well and MBE is able to entertain costomer's queries regarding freighting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good. Many type of courier service to chose. And for e-commerce you can drop-off many type here.
BTW, can fill up petrol at the same place.
Opening hours are long too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 stars service and attitude. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I feel cheerful whenever step in their shop because the staffs will always greet with happy face. I'll always drop off my parcel in MBE even though there's a Parcelhub nearby my premise. Good Job & keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very angry that I sent the package out the same day the customer placed the order The staff at this gas station also helped me to scan the package but they didn't hand it over to the shipping company but put it away and it's been 14 days now.The day the guest applied for a refund, I found out that the package was collected by the courier service and asked me if I wanted to send it, which caused me a heavy loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suggest those who are reading this review to NOT drop your parcel at here. They didn't care at all and did not take responsibility for anything happen to your parcel at their place. Below are the reason:
I dropped Lazada parcel at here on 15 March 2022 with Ninja Van tracking number NLMYA17337535. First checking on 20 March 2022, there is no further update. Last update showing that parcel dropped successfully at MBE and the parcel not going anywhere out.
Update 1 (21 March 2022): They did contact me asking details for them to further checking on CCTV. They said they will update me once new info received and asking me to change rating as they're cooperating to find the parcel.
Update 2 (26 March 2022): No update until now. I feel cheated and dissapointed. They dont care at all about your parcel. I had to contact Lazada on my own to solve this issues. My customer didn't understand the situation and chose to give bad rating to me instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the convenience. My fav drop off place eventhough it’s not the nearest for me. Easy to park and get down to drop off parcels. Came here few times to drop of ninjavan or collect co parcel. It was very easy. Previously the staff was nice & friendly.
Came to drop FedEx item, it was an oversea parcel. I was standing waiting for the lady to key in the info into her computer. It was a long 5-10mins . When she’s done she continue fixing the scanner. So I asked, “Is that all? Do I need to take any receipt?” She said no need. So I asked her why didn’t she tell me earlier when I was standing there waiting. Her reply was a rude ~ mana saya tau.
It wasn’t a big issue but she could have replied in a polite manner. Not MBE’s problems though, it’s the staff’s personal problem. But it will be nice to remind the staff to be more polite.
