I found that the staffs are very polite n courteous. Thumbs up for Azmi !
He was very helpful and guided me thru out the whole process. Even helped in packing .
Parcel was received by my son in Sibu Sarawak within 5days the first time. With no issues at all . POSLAJU.......???
Will surely recommend to others about it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to print airway bill and drop off the parcel. I had already whatsapp the airway bill before getting out of the car. The staff told me to come back later. He is busy. "Boleh datang balik masa lain tak. Saya tgh sibuk ni" i was shocked at his attitude. Definitely should fire and hire a new staff. Or at least send to training. Will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been renting a mailbox here for a while now. Perfect for receiving online shopping packages as we are rarely home. I like that the employees will txt me when i receive packages so I don't have to worry about overflowing packages or theft occurring.
I usually drop by every couple of weeks to pick up my things - Perfect arrangement for me.
