Parking is a challenge there, but employees inside are so helpful and considerate, they helped me few times by picking up my drop off parcels without me stepped out from my car (please don't take advantage on this, they might be busy sometimes. When they can help, please appreciate it :D). Ambience in the store is nice :D

For example: Saturday operating hours from 10AM-3Pm
When arrived at the shop the operating hours shows on entrance is 10AM-2PM and thereโs another A4paper sticking on the wall shows โsorry we are closed at 1pmโโฆ I arrived at 12.38pm but it was closed already. This shop clearly doesnโt value the importance of providing actual operating hours, it kind of giving trouble to customer to purposely travel to the shop within STATED OPERATING HOURS but finds the shop closed

โ โ โ โ โ Usually i dont review about courier place. but this mailbox branch is the best experience i had. there's a female staff who see my box too big and hard to carry it inside, she took the initiative to come out help me to carry it together. it's hard to find a staff who is so motivated and helpful. thanks and i will visit this branch more often for the excellent service.
