Cawangan paling tak guna. Bukan bz pun tapi kaunter tak ada orang. Kita tercegat hampir 10 minit pelayan entah kemana. Rupanya belakang kaunter. Bodoh.
The most useless branch. Not even bz but the counter is empty. We were intercepted for almost 10 minutes by a server somewhere. Apparently behind the counter. Stupid.

This is a chain store selling imported fruits. Some are fresh, some clearly have been there a while. You can tell by the overripe fruit smell as you walk down the mall. The premium prices are understandable because the shops are typically situated in malls where the rents are higher. And also, imported. So no complains. Don't usually buy imported fruits because we all should try to lessen our carbon footprints, but sometimes can't resist a good bag of Witch Finger grapes. So this is the comment on the level of service. It needs to match the price. Service needs to be civil. Wish they would thank me for buying their fruits. I endured this rudeness because sometimes they have something I like. Today, despite clearly being in front of the line, I wasn't served first. I was last to be served and ignored, like I was the one without manners and didn't know how to queue. Some people who don't know how to queue, can't say much because they wouldn't know things that weren't taught to them. Also, not everybody is willing to speak up against queue jumpers because God knows what other polite things they weren't taught. So left the items at the till and walked away. Voted with my purse. But a store should have basic level of service, like observing the first come first serve rule and giving friendly service. Which MBG Wangsa Walk Mall doesn't have. Luckily there are other places to go for imported fruits. Cold Storage, Hero Supermarket in Seksyen 6, Village Grocers at Melawati Mall, Big Aeon, Aeon AU2 and Aeon Wangsa Maju. Local fruits are fresher and can be found by the roadside, just take your pick and feel no guilt of a massive carbon footprint that contributes to global warming.
