one staff member was moving the garbage and went to touching the kitchen equipment without cleaning his hands.

β β β β β Newly open at intermark. Have 2 manned counters and 2 automatic kiosk. Order your food and wait for yout number for collection. Some items price at this branch is higher than other branch, when i asked staffs they say yes this mcd price same as klcc branch higher a bit bcos at higher class place.

β β β β β Longest wait time for McDonald in my life, stuff did not response to my inquiry, was only given half my order with promise to bring me the other half. Finish all the food and it still was not brought to me, request for it again at the pickup point and again no response, send a stuff to me and I was inform they do not have the exact order ask if I want to take something else................ Will not come back. (2 stars is for McDonald's food taste and the fact that it a full kiosk mode, no cashier to take your order all via kiosk accept all cards payments)

β β β β β Service is superb, v attentive & friendly staff, the food are delicious. How they maintain the quality even at11:30 pm on New Year's Eve, just amazing!
Syahirah, she took the extra miles by making sure I got the parts that I requested. She personally deliver it to our table.
The guy who was our cashier also gv an excellent service. Too bad, I didn't get his name.
Thank you all. You guys deserve a big fat tips. Happy New Year!

β β β β β Dine-in service is good. I've been frequenting this joint since it's moved from Ampang Park to date and really happy with the service. Staffs are generally nice and attentive.
HOWEVER, the same can't be said about delivery service (especially Grab). Always have issues with missing/wrong items! Issues on almost every other delivery orders.
Please do something to upgrade.

β β β β β Typical Mcdonalds, it can be crowded during peak hours. You can use the machine outside to order or may opt to proceed to the counter to do it.
Dine in is already allowed but ofcourse following SOP for COVID19, which is always good.
They also have a McCafe inside, so you can get coffee and cakes if you are craving for it. ???
