★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is fantastic, I had Texas Chicken KLCC twice this week but very disappointed, disgusted to find a piece of hair inside the coleslaw salad today (6 July 2021) which makes me question the staff hygiene in the kitchen. Will not have Texas Chicken again for awhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since I tried Texas Chicken, I simply loved it. The taste is good, food is fresh and the size of the chicken is big.
I also loved their mashed potatoes and honey butter biscuits too.
Another plus is their unlimited refills of drinks and their Sweetened Ice Tea is quite delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given cold chicken and ask to change. Staff inform already leave counter can’t change anymore. So expect each customer to check every single pieces of food before leaving counter. Good job Texas Chicken

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give this particular outlet only 2 stars as one of the cashiers was rude.
I have been frequenting many of their outlets (Sogo, Mines, Midvalley, Sunway Velocity, Sunway Pyramid etc) but this KLCC outlet front crew needs to be trained better. If they do not patience, do not work at the front counter.
The food on the menu is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chicken is surprisingly good in terms of size & juiciness; in fact it's slightly bigger & slightly juicier than McDonald with KFC being the worst in this aspect. The Honey butter bread was disappointing though. There are plenty of seatings here with 2 sauces counter & 2 Free Flow Drinks machine. There is also a wide handwash basin here.
