โ โ โ โ โ Located together within the Batu Feringghi Petronas petrol station. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, very nice too. They have these self service kiosk where you can make order directly, just pay at the counter and wsit for the staffs to send the food to your table. The ambient and environment is quite nice and cool.

โ โ โ โ โ Itโs the worst McDonald in the world. The burgers I ordered were flat and only had 1 patty and thatโs it! We always let these international brands go and taruk the small business, but whatโs being done?? This is utter low class rubbish of a burger served to me. I was devastated and absolutely shoved to receive this type of food quality. McDonalds is super overated and the one in Batu Ferringhi should be given the worst award. McDonalds is super low end and heck they donโt care about us as consumers.

โ โ โ โ โ It's amazing that this McD, serves breakfast pancakes n other food items that require cutting, and they do not have plastic knives, expect to use spoon n fork. Also chill.y sauce packets cannot even tear open, need teeth to tear. Unhygienic. Sad day for Msia McDfood STDs.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited on 20th April around 2pm. There was a new Chinese lady staff. She is so pleasant and gave my aunt the Sun newspaper. Table service was excellent. McCafรฉ beverages delicious.

โ โ โ โ โ Very slow.. not properly managed.. manager not functioning on ground, doesnโt assist or coordinate properly. My order was out since 30 minutes and are ready to be served, but the front staff are not able to serve it. I can see a lot of food are ready to be serve, but i donโt understand why are the front staff are not able to prepare the food out. This outlet need a new floor manager

โ โ โ โ โ 4ppl include me stand in front of counter want to pay money but the personnel slowly do their things there and ask us to wait. Already 15min pass.
and they gave all the food to those drive through customer and in house customers mostly wait more than 30min while i am the 1 wait for longest hours which more than 1 hour. until i go to counter to shout and knock the table.

โ โ โ โ โ Good convenient located. It is a drive thru as well. So if you don't to get out of your car to buy food then this is a good place to come. But beware, you may need to be patient cos the que can be very long, especially during festive and holiday season.
It is located in the same place as a PETRONAS petrol station โฝ.
