β β β β β Very bad service. I tried the order and collect the fried chicken set. When I arrived. The staff informed me no more fried chicken. Keep asking us to change to other items.. But we a bit reluctant to change so request to cancel the order then suddenly the guy said hav stock alr... When I walk inside the store.. Saw Ll the young staffs is like playing and cho chatting with each other, the fun fried and orange juice keep dropping to the floor and they still continue laughing and play ING with each other still.. ?

β β β β β It's raining with a long queue of cars at the drive thru lane. But the speed of service maintained and quite fast. Not so many choices for McDonald's now but still ok. Pricey a bit compare to last time. Quality remain and food taste still good. Requested for a plain fries but still comes with a lil bit salt possibly the staff using the same scoop for normal fries.

β β β β β ayam goreng spicy when want to request for breast part always will give excuses. duribg midnight they say the chicken is limited. during afternoon they said cannot choose chicken part will give randomly. very bad customer service here will report to mcdonald malaysia.

McDonaldβs added a spicy ? thousand island sauce in there regular cheese burger ? . That works well honestly... itβs a simple and regular burger, with a light spicy touch.

β β β β β When they're busy, prepare to wait 30 minutes on the drive-thru lane. The night shift staff are the laziest you'll ever find. Even with 10 customers in the store, they will take 10-15 minutes to prepare the orders. Drive-thru at night on any day is a patience-testing affair.
This outlet regularly gets orders wrong. When dining in, be prepared to be greeted with uncleaned tables. Even when the whole outlet is relatively empty and there's no queue at the drive thru, unwiped tables and garbage will be everywhere and none of the staff will clean up. Customer will have to sit amidst dirty tables to wait for food.

Update to edit one week later: Knocking down another star as I've just got my order of 3 breakfast sets, all with no hash browns. I'd still give 1.5 stars since I never learn to check and I keep coming back despite being disappointed a lot so I guess it's my fault too ?

Ordering was easy, pickup was fast. Drive thru in less than 5 mins ??
