Puasa month, go before 1pm or get stuck queuing up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service. we ordered the original chicken but didn't have to ask for another food exchange. with rude conversation as well. and the manager himself gave me wrong price information, do you want to tell me that you have worked for 12 hours? Why be a manager if you can't handle customer service ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not entitle even 1 star for walk in/dine-in. WORST service i faced, waited for about 2 hours for breakfast order (before sunrise till sunshine). Don’t even follow ordering number, then what’s the point to have ordering number. Proper training should be given on how manage staff, workflow, contingency plan etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I ordered table service and I had to go downstairs to see that my order has been done with no drinks but was left there for 20 minutes. I had to stand in front of the counter and ask 2 separate people in order to get my soft drink made and take it to my table myself. How can you leave an already done order but with only the drinks remaining and just ignore the entire tray of food?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is all about location location location. This is one of the good mcD location around the whole east coast, probably in Malaysia.
If weather n time are allow, a Walk from here to Kuantan 118 tower is encouraged. There is a mini park just right below the tower. You could see local is fishing on the riverside. The walk probably take 5-7 min along the river, 1 way.
Another goodview McD is at Teluk Cempedak.
There is no pic of Food, you know how it taste. Dont forget to ask for fresh Fries in every visit in McD
