โ โ โ โ โ Due to my carelessness, I downloaded a software on my MacBook that overwrote all my lecture notes and photos (that mean a lot to me) on my external hard disk. I was initially very skeptical about this company due to the number of google reviews. However, i have to say that this number definitely does not do this company justice! Not only Mr Yew was able to recover all my files, he also charged me at a very reasonable student price. My Yew was kind, very patient and efficient when it comes to retrieving all my lost documents. Overall, I am very satisfied with his service.

โ โ โ โ โ I donโt like to leave negative feedback and give low rate. If I donโt like a shop, Iโll walk away.
But this shop, I strongly do not recommend anyone.
Hard to reach and not responsive when the boss found out my hard disk is beyond recover. He didnโt even border to inform me at all despite I kept asking him since Jan 2019 before CNY.
It has been more than 6 months and I have no luck to get my hard disk.
If any of you really look for a responsible and responsive guy in solving your issues, please consider other shops.
I donโt hope anyone go through my painful journey.

โ โ โ โ โ Mr Yew is really awesome! He tries his very best in this very delicate process of data recovery. Tho some of the files are corrupted but this is just the nature of data recovery. Service above all else, he even came at 10.30pm at night to just pass me my data! Highly recommended service!

โ โ โ โ โ Mr.Yew is really helpful and kind person and also very professional on data recovery, I am glad someone recommended MDR data recovery solution to recover all my pos system data, it was a very urgent situation because all my cashier counter unable to use, Mr.Yew really did his best to recover my data from middle of the night so that I can get it by the next day.
Highly recommend!!

โ โ โ โ โ Mr Yew is very friendly and helpful, providing guidance for each step of the way. He offered alternatives to help salvage what was left of my hard drive containing many years' worth of personal documents, to the extent of deep-diving into the disk to see what files / folders he could find.
Although I ultimately did not proceed with the data recovery, I will definitely return for Mr Yew's services in the future should I encounter such an unfortunate and traumatic data loss again.
Highly recommended; two thumbs up.
