★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed my experience here. Had to print a large volume of banners, flyers, books etc with Mr Syd here and he could deliver within a week. Whereas two other companies I visited in the Desa Sri Hartamas area couldn't. Really great service - I could always Whatsapp Mr Syd if I needed updates on the printing progress. Would really recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for the printing price from quite a number of printing companies in Selangor and Kuala, ended with either no response or very slow response. For instance, three companies took several hours to answer a very simple question. After they answered my question, when asked them the second question, only managed to get the answer the next day.
MediaXPrint is different. It provides fast and cheap printing service of GOOD quality. Among the many quotations that I got, MediaXPrint's one is the most reasonably cheap. When I was told that the printing may take up 4 to 5 days and I expected to receive my cards on Wednesday, I got it on Monday, that is, today :) More importantly, for every single question that I asked, I received their feedback within 5 to 15 minutes. Thumbs up for you!!!

But,
I give 5 stars because they are very sensitive with the quality and i applaud them for that. I have miscomm in my file and the reference image (first time printing) and that is where the printing mistake was made. But they made sure i get what i wanted and we will redo the printings whenever possible.
Updated:
- I’ve printed my books somewhere else with cheaper price and more experienced staffs with suggestions how i should print it and how they can fix it.
Hence to compare, during the process i worked with them i realised they wont offer any suggestions. So if you want anything to be printed properly, better show them your sample. I’d say compare the price with Exprint too and ask for their suggestions first since its in the same building.
Other than that, i’ve reduced to 3 stars because upon consideration and comparisons. I’ve printed my banner, poster and others at Exprints now.
This is my experience. Some might have a good one but unfortunately mine is the other way around.

Everything was coordinated smoothly through WhatsApp, from quotation to design to delivery. Highly recommend mediaxprint especially for those who need urgent printing.
