โ โ โ โ โ Had the megasale 11.11 deal, which was worth it. The cryotherapy, is the main attraction, doesn't make you 'cry', no worries. It's a good experience, where bringing you to a very cold state, as low as - 80ยฐC. I went to - 86ยฐC, every degree Celsius counts.
I particularly liked the body composition and bioanalysis part. Very detailed with the lasers. 3D analysis all throughout.
Overall, Rev teaches the fundamentals of positioning well, posture, movement, mobility and form. Worth it to understand your body well before proceeding to the next levels.

Have been coming for physio and fitness workout for 3 months now under Coach Ong who is very experience and professional. Very satisfy with the result so far. Highly recommended both REV and Coach Ong!
