★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to make this clinic my regular one as I like the doctor, but they had record of my first visit (as PMCare user), and they both:
1. failed to inform me that their PMCare system was not working until after consultation and medicine was dispensed.
2. And wouldn’t accept my word/staff ID as proof although they already had a record of me using PMCare before.
The front desk girl was requesting I pay out of pocket instead of offering suggestions to compensate for the system failure on their part. The front desk staff here seem to be undertrained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is so lousy. I brought my family, my wife and 3 kids for covid19 test but it’s been more than 48 hours and I haven’t got my result yet. I am going to report this to KKM. Spent almost 1.3k and this is the experience that I got.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with this clinic. I was doing RTK swab test, not even accept credit card. The doctor was hurting my nose when doing the test, still even to give excuse to say this the right way of doing the swab test, and blame that others clinics are doing wrong practice. Worst Swab Test Experience in my life. Also, it is cost much more expensive than my other clinic that providing swab test, RM 130, not giving good service, long-waiting. If there is no FMCO, I would rather find other clinic that has cheaper, good services, efficient than this one. I rather taking DIY swab test at home.
