clean but so rigid with building management's rules
Friendly people especially the security guards, other tenants and also the qariah at Surau level 8.
Typical office building in the heart of KL. Parking rate is expensive (rm 5 per hour if im not mistaken). But there is monorail train very near if you decide to go there for short visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was forced to have my IC retained by the security guard in order to enter the building for an interview. I protested however I gave in because I didn't want to be late for my interview. I may not be a lawyer but I know that it is illegal for security guards to hold on to people's IC as they do not have the authority to do so. Honestly. this made me extremely annoyed and angry as the security guard could hypothetically taken a copy of my IC without my consent.
