The processing time between opening and activating a bank account for expats takes longer than a week. And this is unfair!

Terrible service. The staff are only self serving and highly politically/red tape. Nothing much can be done.

Good staff, if you need to verify your bank statements, it will be done with in few minutes at the bank’s reception.

Not recommened. I have a case due to Moratorium. where SC had charged me 3 times of Interest. They debited from Apr-Sep and Oct 21 they suddenly debited aprpox 3 times of interest as giving reason according to islamic interest cannot owed. I'm fine to settled but the facts they increase my interest rate of which been charged from Apr-Sep, that means i have to pay twice in this case. not only that prior to this i palced in money with aim to reduce principal, didn't realise although moratorium there is a column said you owe for the last =6 mths from Apr-Sep20 - and they have cleared my principal reduce money to the due amount which inclusive Interest +principal. in this case i pay more than twice or Triple of the Interest. Not only that my account been adjusted by Bank without informing me. the installment amount been consistent (with past track record and letter from SC itself) . Case cannot settled as SC Complaint Resolution unit said the installment amount keep changing due to outstanding change but all this year is not the case; its been consistent when interest rate is not change. i truly super duber stress up and feel as consumer we are being bullied and not being protected by the law too. pls check your account carefully . case still on and worst they have wrong us and we became defaulter n they became victim. the situation terbalik and because the installment amount correctness haven't settled, SC even lodge you to CTOS which impacted your credit. How would you pay your installment at first place when your installment amount isnt right. and their response letter wont be on what is true but being twist and turn , write other wise. for example, our last resolution meeting is aug, in their letter they will exaggerate said in Jun we contacted you - the months became earlier so made them look better and you worst , true lies the person in charge in Complaint resolution unit!!! black and white there is as the meeting invites was setup by her! so better check carefully your account with SC!

Professionals and efficients. After entrance u can easily notice the line for you to get numbers according to what your services required... Person in-charge here is very efficient and know how to served their clients very well. I'm done doing business here with less then 15 minutes as a staff at the front desk did an extra miles by offering me his help to made my transactions easier and I don't have to go up for submitting the paper by myself. Good service and great bank staff

Won't recommend. Got a bunch of young amateur girls running around pretending to help customers without actually doing anything. Went to open an account, spent almost an hour with three different staff and got every excuse in the world as to why my account can't be opened. Got frustrated and just left and judging by the ever changing explanation on requirements for account opening, I think that's exactly what they wanted. Ps. You don't grow your business by having a fancy office, you grow your business by satisfying your clients.

It’s the first time I came here to deal with some things, and I don’t know how to deal with it at all. The staff here include cleaning staff, security staff, counter service staff and related department staff, all are polite and professional. The service, assistance and handling efficiency they gave me was very good. Before I came here, I have seen many people criticize the poor service of the staff in the banking department. I think not every staff is the same. I experienced it personally. I felt that their service was great. Thanks them for serving me.
