I would to do the complain that the courier service drop the parcel on lobby that we need to rent another space for it. That is very ridiculous. I think dont have any management charge due fee. We paying the high management fee with it but the end we only get "everything's need to pay". There have no reason of me to paying management on future. I hope management office side can give a proparly explanation for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Landmark Residence 11th floor management office got one uncle attitude very rude and no manners. As a tenant, how can he yell at me and scold me like he is the boss. He also want call the security guard to let me down, and I don’t know what’s the point. Other people is polite but this uncle very rude and before this i saw he is scolding another tenant/owner too. So my case not the first case and I believe it also wont be the last.
There’s didn’t any official notice in the lift to let owner or tenants know that apply for car parking sticker is compulsory. And I live here for 3months, this is the first time the guard lock my car and claim for RM50 due to dont have car sticker. This is the first time i park at my own car park and get claim and lock. It’s ridiculous.
The uncle keep yelling “we got notice.” But is in last year. How come new tenant will know? And there is many car didn’t have car sticker too but only my car get lock. So the guard is just lock any car they like? If they really take it serious, why don’t make an official notice in lift for everyone living here and lock all the car dont have sticker?
Landmark Mgmt is actually unreasonable to make any decisions they just want to. And the uncle attitude is unacceptable! And I regret didnt take a video when that uncle yelling at me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Walking distance to MRT stations Bukit Dukung and Batu 11 (midway). My fully furnished studio apartment on the 28th floor there, greatly sought after by prospective tenants. Security Supervisor there very efficient and helpful. Nice swimming pool and gym on the 11th floor.
