It's a mix reaction when it comes to review here. My experience with their online stores..... "terrible". Order on 23.12.2021, until now I have received nothing. Email will be reply by a standard replies which I believe it was computer generated. Call to the customer service, well mannered customer service but no solution offered. Really have to work on the system, an MNC company shd operates much more better. Sighhhh! If any of the relevant people see this, pls help!! Due to the delay, a new year gift become CNY gift then change to Valentine gift. But as of now I hope that it would not be a Hari Raya gift by the time I receice. Pls dun tell me 5-6 weeks,it's entering 8th week now. Another sighhhhhhhh! Order ID : MY211223-93348897?

After reading mostly bad customer experience, I am reluctant to add more negative customer experience. Just hope my TV issue relating to warranty could be resolved. Status: Finally, my TV problem was solved in about 3 weeks time. APPRECIATIVE FEEDBACK 1. The technician came with the right solution and TV parts. Problem solved at the first visit. 2. Samsung realised its product warranty. CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK 1. Improve service workflows from the time of receiving report to the first visit by technician. 2. Elevate the role of Call Centre as receptionist to a team of Solution Leader, arrange service team, track progress etc

Horrible experience. I am so disappointed with samsung. You make us pay for a phone almost cos of high end laptop for s22 ultra. And 800 rm voucher has tnc and beat part is nothing available on online store with validity at the corner. I cant believe i am saying this but seriously you not even near to apple. You better pay back that 800 rm cash or make things available online. I regret to be part of this bogus company

Very poor service! Purchased refrigerator for only 10 days, the compressor already damaged! Requested for a new refrigerator but got rejected. Delaying my request for too long. Should have purchased from other brand. Shame on you samsung! Called the customer service, put me on hold and by the time i wanted to give further explaination, you hung up on me. Very rude. Wont suggest to buy from samsung again.

Do not even want to give a star. I expected to receive the phone last Friday (which the date was provided once I pre-order the item) and until now your side cannot give me a date when I will receive it. My friend ordered 1 day earlier than me (on 10th Feb) and he received the phone last Wednesday and all the free gifts today! I am really disappointed in the arrangement as the email that I received last time clearly stated that I will receive the phone first. Waited for almost a month and till now can't promise when will ship out my phone? What's the point I pre-order from official Samsung website when the others can get the new phone faster than it? Again, the delivery arrival date was provided by the SAMSUNG E-store!

I have been waiting for more than 2 months for replacement of my TV which they promise and still under warranty. The whole process from the time we called them the TV is not working to lodging a claim is such a hassle. The worst of all, none from Samsung will ever call or provide update. It’s always been customer us to keep calling and calling and calling as as there is no single update or reply from them. Everytime is when we call it’s different update. First promise after providing the claim form the TV will be replaced within 3 weeks, then no new at all. Called again and this time TV is coming from Vietnam. When called again TV will be send to some service centre before giving it to us….the. Weeks passed no news. Called again and now the story is different where they dunno what is the status of our TV. Samsung keeps giving us false promises. Requesting team lead to call us but again no one reach out to us. Totally disappointing! Samsung customer service is the worst that I come across. Definitely not worth buying their product for the hassle that you have to go thru. Also product quality is worst than before.

I've been waiting for more than 1 month for warranty replacement of my TV. We call, call and call again. Write email after email. Samsung keeps giving us false promises. Next week, and next week and next week again. I'm very disappointed. This is how Samsung treats its customers.

Disappointed by the shipment arrangement of pre-order galaxy s22 series, it is unfair when telco buyer and third party reseller can get the pre order phone in time while order via Samsung online store has to wait without a timeline or any explanation given on the delay. How they handle the arrangement, customer services and feedback for flagship device is an overall bad experience.
