★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor packing payment facility, do remember to make paymeny for parking ticket at basement ticket counter before exist the parking. The parking payment machine is not work, near to building reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the places (big buildings) where you need to be very careful while driving in and out. It is right at the mouth of a very busy road and has a few confusing entrances.
The parking was terrible. Expensive (city center) yet tight with leaking areas and undefined access points to lifts. Clear and prominent signages will be very helpful in the car park.
Once you are in the lobby upwards, you will forget about the horrible car park quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the beginning, Lazada appeared to be a good option when compared to Amazon, it is certainly cheaper. Once there is a little problem then you realise that there is no comparison at all. For example, when their partners don’t deliver the items you bought, but mark them as delivered, and let you hanging for weeks as if you are the criminal; and you have to spend so much time complaining. Or, when they delete your comments to a bad seller to protect their friends; they will say that you have used abusive language, when it is not the case. Or, when their sellers send you fake products, and again you have to spend long time to prove that the items are not to the specifications. Be careful. Recently, they blocked my credit card, perhaps because of this review.

- lift is very slow although there are 7 lifts available
- card access reader is very bad and not sensitive. Sometimes have to tap the reader several times to get pass
- hand dryer in toilet is old and spoil for weeks without fixes
- reception area sometimes is hot
- After the toilet is clean, the floor is left wet like someone just pour the water on it.
- The 4th floor food court ventilation is very bad. Floor seems oily all the time.
Please do your management job well apart from collecting rental

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst online platform ever, they protect the sellers only, and if the seller is Lazada ,u won't have any chance to even talk to supplier , they will never answer
They will send u an offer promotion for an expensive item having big discount, and when u order u will need to wait 2 weeks and then they will cancel ur order, they told me my order is delayed because of quality check , what a joke
Undergo quality check ?
You are kidding me isn't ?
Luckily by tomorrow the order will be cancelled automatically
This is my third time placing an order with lazada certified supplier (appears it is lazada itself who is acting as supplier ), FYI it is against the law to practice this online piracy on customers
I will tell you what I mentioned before, if we were in a country where every company countable for its action, you would be panalized for misleading customers and spreading wrong/take adds for certain products above 200 RM (most of the time ) across ur website to increase ur income sales Flow from us
Take note that Everytime your customer service ppl will use the same strategy by holding our money for 2 weeks and claim (undergo quality check ) which we are sure u don't doz and if you do, can u please provide the address for the quality control centre ? I want to go there personally and have a look if u don't mind ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a bad experience here! 1 Jun 2022 I met cleaner on the toilet level 24, she was soooooo rude and arrogant. Lack of attitude!! never happen before! she nag on me when I use the sink and said to do not exaggerate her work! what the he*l. She don't have any sense of willing to work. Hope management can look into it and train this kind of staff. Very disappointed moment in MENARA WORLD WIDE.
