★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ?? Clean clinic and it looks quite new. Fast, efficient, helpful staff and good Doctor. Basement parking with usual KL city centre hourly rates, but you likely won't be here long.

When I asked her to repeat her last sentence as I did not hear properly, she sighed and showed me face. And told me that the clinic is closed but I was calling at 4:45pm to enquire my booster jab status that was not being updated in My Sejahtera app after eight days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great speedy experience for booster shot however the front desk nurse is unexpectedly messy on her explanation to show status of Mysejahtera’s app, a step by step rules should be printed out for clear cut direction. While her face is unpleasant it’s an awful reaction coming from Selcare , plus behaving this rude customer service towards a senior tells a lot about the staff nurse. ? the best part: immediate doctor service by a nice doctor ?⚕️ and ur app booster starts is updated instantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience at this SelCare Clinic. This clinic is about <10 mins walk from Pavilion Mall. My appointment was at 4 pm and and I went in earlier as I was worried there might be a queue or I might have a hard time locating the clinic. But to my surprise, there was no queue and the clinic is located at the ground floor . I went in and the nurse asked to check on the booking receipt made (full receipt) and my previous vaccination history. Then , I was asked to complete some forms and about 5 mins later I was directed to go in to the vaccination room. The Dr was polite and showed me the amount of vaccine that was going to be used before injecting. The process was a breeze.
