★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 文冬著名的云吞面档(夜市)！也是我心中文冬排前三的云吞面档，平时这里也客似云来，深得当地人喜爱，这里的云吞面大部份时间都保持水准，很少会失水准！主要喜欢他家面条渌的刚刚好，而且酱汁味道令人胃囗大开！含有淡淡的麻油香的云吞，也是非常好吃！(档里有卖冷冻的云吞，可买回家自烫或炸??)！
 The famous wonton noodle stall in Bentong (night market)! It is also the top three wantan noodle stalls in the Chinese winter rankings in my heart. Usually there are many customers here, and it is deeply loved by the locals. The wantan noodles here have maintained the standard most of the time, and rarely fall out of standard! Mainly like his noodles are just right, and the sauce tastes appetizing! The wonton with a hint of sesame oil is also very delicious! (There are frozen wontons in the stalls, you can buy them for self-blanching or frying ??)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 调味淡然无味。无猪油版本。面条是一般竹升云吞面-不过不失。酸辣椒不够酸辣。云吞的汤是以姜味为主。云吞比一般云吞稍微大，猪肉底、OK吃。
The seasoning is bland and tasteless. Lard-free version. The noodles are the usual Bamboo Sheng Wanton Noodles - but nothing to lose. The sour chili is not hot and sour enough. The wonton soup is mainly ginger flavored. Wontons are slightly larger than ordinary wontons, and the pork bottom is OK to eat.
