★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car and after a little back and forth the car was supposed to be delivered to our hotel the following day instead of the airport upon arrival. We had ordered a 7 seater which was said to fit 3 pcs of luggage. But when the car arrived it was a 7 seater alright but with absolutely no room for luggage. We'd planned to use the 2 extra seats for our extra luggage but couldn't even fit 3 pcs when the car was converted to a 5 seat car. So had to get a new car from a different company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have book through Carflexi, based on their website car is available, booking is confirms, payment made, after few hours received call from local Merge rep,,(kuantan)they have to reject my request,,there are no car available on that day, ask me to cancel on carflexi. Why on Carflexi still available on selected date and the offers still there after that. I have to cancel my book and request for refund frm Carflexi. Look like I want to make a cancellation. BAD service
