Highly recommended, professional and heart warming.
Thanks Fanny for providing super prompt feedback on details of the vehicle that I rented, exercised flexibility immediately to allow a change even though the booking was done through third party otherwise I will not be able to park at the basement carpark of the Airbnb.
Thanks Mazlan for giving clear directions where to return the car, avoiding massive jam at the usual drop off.

Rented for a short 2 weeks trip back in Penang.
Overall experience was good until the return.
Staff check out the vehicle during return and was given a clear.
Then after few hours received message that they are going to charge me extra cleaning fees for pet hair!
Never had a pet on-board the vehicle.
If something was wrong, then mentioned it during the return...
Don't come cheap on your puny regular car cleaning after the fact...
So, do NOT rent from KASINA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good experience, car is clean and relatively new (26000km on odo), pickup and return is pretty smooth too, they will drive car to the arrival and you will return the car to the same spot . Will rent again for my next Penang trip
