★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone who looking for car rental in Penang, please look for this company. After a short trip in Penang using Suria Car Rental service, one word can describe, it is BEST.
1) Agent is really really friendly, helpful and nice person. I set 10am to collect the car, and yes, they send me the car at 10am sharp. I like their punctuality. So when u return the car to them in the end of the day, please be punctual.
2) Agent explain clearly what is the charges. And we also check the car together before I collect it. Even let me know the information about the parking lot area.
3) The car I collect is new and clean. They provide an umbrella put in the car. Full tank for the fuel, I just need to refill back full tank to them when I return the car. Remember keep clean.
4) It is worth to rent a car from this company, fair price. Credit card or debit card, no problem for the payment. No hidden charges.
5) Highly recommended get the extra CDW protection.
I strongly recommend and also a good choice to rent a car using Suria Car Rental in the Penang. Overall, it's 5 stars to them.

The cost of the car is competitive with the pick-up and drop-off processes at airport particularly efficient. Also do not forget thanking their friendly staff (Ms. Chuan). I will definitely rent car from Suria when back to Penang.

I booked a car with them for a week of business trip to Penang but was not able to reach penang via flight on that day due to some incident, they have not just accommodated the situation flexibly and also arranged another car when i finally reach Penang the next day. Not to mention the car was in tip-top condition and well maintained.
Kudos to the extended service and will definitely recommend them ☺️
