★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be fooled by villamas' marketing gimmicks. The end product is far off than what's promised. Designs are not conducive for long term use, sub-par contractors and materials, and tonnes of bs excuses. If you want to live with 'excitement' every rainy day, pls go ahead and purchase their product. Confirm you will enjoy the amazing leakage and water seepage all year long!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a unit under previous project by same developer in ara. Unit was not defect free (but who is nowadays?) Developer was attentive but needed a bit more time. I was ok man, don’t want them to do a lousy job correcting defects. Wanted to stay there, then change plans, sold the unit for a tidy profit, so now checking this out.
