★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, never and ever buy again any IOI Properties project which under Lush Development. Poor quality especially solidify of materials. All of our residents able to hear very clear stomping noises from upper or lower units even we are just normal walking. Moreover, we also can hear any noises from all around the house due to the hollow wall, flushes from upper unit toilet or lower unit toilet. Disappointed and restless nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought two units of townhouse from IOI Properties, these two units are delivered with full of defects and some defects are yet to rectify. No reply or delay answer even we email and email again until warranty period is expired.
We email again, as usual different personnel answered. They replied us with the following answer (red underlined message).
Is it mean IOI Properties will not hold responsible for any defects of the unit as it is selling *as where it is. ? The SPA is drafted by them.
