β β β β β ALL STAFF ARE FRIENDLY. Specially Ms. Nabihah,
Dr. Amber Chooi and Dr. Siva are approachable and friendly as well. Ambiance are good. Selected days are busy for this Covid19 season.
I just wanted to praise the cleaner by cleaning every morning. But im quite dissatisfied and complain about the Toilet (Women) its been few visit i've been there but still under maintenance.
Please do give attention to fix that toilet as soon as possible. Coz all your patients are going in&out using it. It's uncomfortable to use 1 toilet for everyone.

β β β β β The customer service was absolutely dismal. I specifically called a few days prior to inquire whether I could come in to replace my implant today, and when given the green light by reception, I came here, only to be treated rudely by reception. I was the last patient to be seen that day and I had to wait an hour to see the doctor, only to be told by the doctor that I couldn't get it done that day, when I could have been informed earlier when I checked in at reception or when I called a few days ago.
Not only that, I was charged a hefty consultation fee for a couple of minutes of conversation with the doctor and despite the fact that I did not receive the treatment I came for. Would not return here because of the unprofessional and callous way they treat their customers.

β β β β β Dr Lindy very details and soft spoken. She will explain everything in detail. The procedure done by her also not harsh and always calm patients to relax. Overall service here is good.
