What's the purpose fr appointment when i am called in late from my supposed appointment time?
When im late, i had to wait fr 40mins-1hour fr the doc but when they're late, it is ok and saying "we have other patients". Then what is appointment time for?
Some patients have to work and kejar2 masa to come for appointment on weekdays.
