โ โ โ โ โ I just moved out, Just graduate. Price is affordable, room is comfortable, location is perfect, 5 min to UTAR. Customer service is good especially the internet service. Thanks Danish House for providing me a comfortable life for almost 4 years. Last but not least, the cleaner is very friendly and helpful.

โ โ โ โ โ I've booked room, but no follow up and at the end no room available. Request to upgrade bigger room, forcing me to stay at least 1 month even I haven't check in yet. No refund and no apologize. While talking in the phone has promised to able upgrade room but at last not able to change for what price you've booked. Poorly service, wasted my money for deposit nothing.

โ โ โ โ โ There is often nobody in the office when you want to collect your cleaned laundry from them. Hostel's door access card not ready after move in for three weeks! They didn't contact the person to receive their parcel delivered by courier service!

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service and management.
For those who want to rent room from DH please make sure u check CONDITION of EVERY SINGLE ITEM in the room including mattress. (even though they won't change new mattress for u). MUST let them know the mattress if the mattress is dirty or any stains, or else they will ask u pay for the every mattress in that room after u checked out.
Make sure u save a record when u communicate with this management. They will blame u and said "we asked you before but you said no" "you never tell us" "we don't have record in our system" even then mistake is from the management, until u show them the prove, no apologies also until u show ur anger.
When check in please make sure u know clearly every details of their 'basic service'. Laundry service is NOT FREE for residents, even if u did not utilise the laundry service every week, the fee still charge from the rental.
For those who haven't check out from DH, better triple confirm with management to avoid they keep calling u and inform 'this haven't charge, that haven't charge, u need to settle these then only we can proceed the deposit refund'. at the end ur RM300+ deposit will gone after they charge this and that.
*It's useless to argue with them unless u have ur evidence.
