★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers are kinda rude. I was asking about the mijia 4k and the person who works there raise his voice angrily and seemed to not care. Everytime I asked something, the answer is no. I asked about mijia, he said no and doesn't bother checking it even though the mijia camera is at the back. I hope the workers are more responsible and took care of their customer better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have come here twice and on both times I asked to try the Bluetooth headphones. Both times I was told that the headphones didn't were not charged. I asked to try different products, but mostly the answer was " Cannot" How can I buy products If I cannot try them?
Secondly, the staff is not friendly at all. Both times I have been at the store the staff made me feel like I was pain in their necks and did not show any enthusiasm to answer any questions.
Finally after I picked a product and went to pay for it, the cashier( who also seemed to be the boss seemed to be frowny and not happy that I bought anything from his store.
In conclusion, the staff is very unwelcoming and seem to be very lazy that I tried the same Bluetooth headphones twice in two different months, but they were still not charged?????
Most likely, I will never buy anything again from this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come to this branch today and ask for Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite stock and the staff(Malay boy that wear glasses) is really rude and not friendly at all.
Ask him whether you can order for me or assist me to get this item from other store and he ask me too Google it!! and walk in by yourself to other store.
I just want him to check the stock only, so I'm not wasting my time go to other branch. He not professional and knowledgeable at all.
Saw few comments above tell the same issues. Please take note your staff behavior. I'm not going to this store again.

p/s: no more spoiled staff as mentioned inside previous year comment. staff nowadays real good and humble

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ True story I stepped in with my friend to ask for Mi 10 ultra. Once we entered the store one of the staff came to us so we asked her about the mentioned phone. She started explaining very nicely. While she is talking to us her rude supervisor interrupted her and asked her to serve another costumers ( were Chinese ). Never mind we roamed around me and my friend to see the flagship phone they have. Once we put our hands on the phone to check it, the guy with the glasses interrupted us and said can you move aside and leave the phone to this costumer he wants to see the phone. I really didn’t believe what was happening. Now I am totally okay to pay the little extra to Samsung or iPhone and not to be treated like that ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i send one of my products here for repairing (warranty), when i send the products i asked them when ill get back my device back? the salesman told me they will call me & gave me estimated time of 2 weeks. After one month today i went there & ask about my device & the salesman told me it's not ready yet & also he doesn't know when it ill be ready. Then i asked him if it's take more two months then i have to wait another two months? He replied yes. What type of Brand is This??? MI can not be a brand Or this branch doesn't care about customer. & i am going to complain MI CHINA, Malaysia, Singapore head Branch, I just want to see what type of cheap brand do like this with their customar.
