★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Char Siu Sao Pau is nice and flaky. And the Char Siu filling has little fat in it. Each Sao pau cost RM2 while 1 box of 8 cost RM15.60

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DELICIOUS. Especially if you love tau sar piah, get the tambun biscuits because it's softer even though they're smaller. The cny goodies were also good. 10/10 will go back. You can ask for samples for the tambun biscuits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great confectionery products in Johor Bahru. Char Siu Pao, Siong Bin, Ma Tie Suh are amongst the best. I like their 马蹄酥, it's just melt in the mouth. There is newly open one at JB City Square.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missed this place. Finally, get to buy direct in JB instead of delivery to SG. Now they have shifted down nearer to KSL mall directly opposite KSL KFC and Pizza Hut. Do visit them in their new location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally tried this pastry shop! A lot of items were sold out when we were there, hence we only tried 3 items:
- (Not pictured) Kaya Puff ??
- Siew Bao ??
- Pineapple Tart ??
Overall, the items were yummy and I will definitely be back to try the other items!
