Dining ambience is very basic.
Why would you sit guest beside the basin and bin when the occupancy rate is less than 5% ? Please train staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Sunday dinner as kids wanted some kind of buffet. There was a semi ala carte buffet so tried it.
Easily one of the WORST meals I've ever had! Firstly, had a steak main that came rare when I ordered medium rare. Next, I was fine with a limited variety for the buffet. However some items like the desserts tasted stale and off, possibly leftovers from breakfast or lunch. Although the price was not high, any respectable establishment would not serve stale food.
What's worse was the Mrs and I both had a bit of digestive issues after.
Save your money and eat at the many F&B at the mall! Never going near this place again!
EDIT: Should have sensed something was off when there were more people serving than Diners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food were Okay, but for the lontong you paid for 30 buck got only little amount (5 biji kecil je besar hujung ibu jari) you be the judge okay or not. Not only that, the service is terrible. We waited over an hour for our food. When told about the scenario the manager had the audacity to see our my sejahtera app to see weather we are telling the truth or not. People from another table who came later than us got their food first. For me to spend 30 bucks for such service for a 4 star hotel is not worth it. For the hotel management, please improve your service and quality to make your customer’s stay worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was okay-okay but the western feel a bit off. Some food taste a bit less and not good. The food look like old food at some part. The service was alright. I expect them to improve more. The drink were nice and the place was comfortable. Hope to improve more in foods and please cook fresh food. Thank you. The price was affordable though.
