Love all the dimsum we ordered and all the other menu too. I think i had the best dimsum ever.. very fresh, very soft, delicate, delicious & it is cheaper the Dolly. The service staff were very friendly too. They help us to choose the best & the most fav menu. Will be my fav restaurant for Chinese cuisine.

Stick to the traditional mainland Chinese dishes and you will have a very good meal. The soups are superb. The seafood here is average and the dim sum is below average. I wish they would just remove the dim sum dishes from the menu -- I think business would be better if Ming Palace would define itself by sticking to a particular kind of Chinese food. Overall: very good chefs, very good service, but management apparently views this as just another hotel restaurant. It could be much, much more.

Despite being halal, food here is quite flavorsome. Had one of the set meals for RM55 per head which came with 6 courses starting with a selection of 3 dimsum varieties of the kitchen's choosing. Attentive and friendly service.

I came to Ming Palace last night to visit a nostalgic restaurant I used to go with my family. As a gal in her mid 20s I went there solo last night, wasn’t planning on dining in as I was staying alone at corus for a couple nights, but was immediately greeted with kindness and warmth. They were able to deliver to the room but the lady who approached me first comforted me to step in. Ma’am, the lady that came to me first (wish I had asked for her name) and the others had treated me so wonderfully last night! Solo me time and dinners aren’t new for me but it does get a bit intimidating at times. They made sure I was well taken care of the entire time. Just wanted to acknowledge their 10 star hospitality. And food was delightful. Ordered the small portions but since I was alone they’re still a lot for just one ? tried to power through it but ended up packing some away. Crispy szchuan chicken highly recommended! The only thing I would comment on was the time it took to prepare some of the dishes, had to wait quite a while for the fried rice to come as the main side dishes came first, but I assume bc most usually order steam rice maybe that’s why. Other than that, thank you Ming Palace! Will be sure to visit when my family is back in town.

Friendly staff. Food is good. Good for family dinner gathering if you are looking for a place that has the classic Chinese dining experience. Ask the friendly staff for food recommendations. I personally like their soup which gives me the feel of home-cooked taste
