★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is waiter (always wear black jacket) who didn’t allow me to site in the restaurant and order food from them . Where all people can sit and order. When I asked him the reason, he totally ignored me and saying sit outside. he didn’t allow without mentioning the reason. But I know the reason very well, it is because I don’t wear hijab! He is very rude and racist. This hotel is not recommended and I don’t advise anyone to come here. They respect people based on their physical appearance and which nationality they are from. This man doesn’t represent Malaysian people, he only presents himself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier is terrible and rude. She didn’t give us the food we ordered and looked very hostile. Other staff is incredibly slow and unresponsive. Around 10 people waited for their orders for around 28 minutes. Terrible experience. Would never come back there.
