β β β β β location is very strategic. walking distance to KLCC and many other attractions. easy to get Grab (e - hailing service). food is nice with reasonable price. room also good. if you don't want to dine in hotel, next to corus hotel have a street food bazaar (food truck).

Dondang Sayang cafe i think they short of staff, they not clean the table, even u want to ask another warm water, their staff is missing. No late check out even on weekday. Food is OK, variety. But not tasty enough. Overall they short of staff, may be because of MCO

β β β β β Room and bathroom looks like old hotel renovated. Bathroom tiles slippery after shower. No astro, some movie channels. Bed normal, pillows are nice. Normal room, affordable. Breakfast was ok.

β β β β β Stayed 2-nights transit Penang. Fully rested. Had good night sleep. Roomy Deluxe room. Very comfy and clean. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the stay. After 2-yrs lockdown it's good to start with a pleasant hotel stay. Keep it up??

Room was clean
Room complete with iron, safety box, hair dryer (old but works fine), fridge worked fine, toiletries.
Overall was a satisfactory stay and price for one night is reasonable.
Walking distance to KLCC and public transport facilities.

β β β β β Another typical old city hotel that requires maintenance and upgrades for the rooms. Dissatisfied with the access card issue on a room in 9th floor where the holder has been loosen and no electricity supply when the card has inserted into it. Maintenance personnel came and checked and asked us to put a tissue behind in order for the sensor to able to sense the card. Staffβs services were just OK I would say. But in terms of value for money, it would be absolutely fine. Great location anyway.
