โ โ โ โ โ Went there at 9am to certify my (international student) graduation certificate. Quite fast. The pic below are the documents you need to required.
Here is the document I prepared:
1.Passport with student visa
2.Graduation certificate and transcript
3.Confirmation letter from school (should be issued by school international office)

โ โ โ โ โ Good place to go. The counter service is bit slow though. Everyday got so many people to come here, recommended time to visit after lunch.

โ โ โ โ โ For a Government Office it is really neat and clean and well organized.
There are a few food courts at the Ground Floor but the food is a bit costly.
The staffs are helpful and the working processes are extremely fast and smooth.

They can stamp offer letter for public universities easy but cannot stamp it from private universities, for other documents such certificates, they need the students have visa

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly, fast and efficient services for attestation of your academic transcripts. Plenty of parking spaces available. The counters for notarizing your certs are located at the ground floor. Get a number from the counter at the lobby first, before moving right to the service counters. Wait for your turn upon which your number will be called on the signboard. There is a cafeteria and a convenience store located behind the lobby. You can get photostat services at reasonable price of about RM0.30 per single page black and white.

โ โ โ โ โ The customer service is facing towards the main entrance. Please note that the customer service will only issue the queue tickets at 8.30am sharp. If you are early, you need to wait. For Malaysian who studied in private university, you will need to prepare original certificate and transcript as proof, certified true copy certificate and transcript (for stamp and sign), letter of confirmation from the university as supporting document, and your Malaysia identification card.
Counter service is on the right of the customer service. Counter 5 and 6 will serve and collect your documents. Name will be called once the documents are stamped and signed.
Staffs are friendly, and the whole process took about 45mins.
