★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My own spa pedicure took an hour. It was lovely. The manicurist took her time and she was gentle. She treated me so well! This is the only positive experience I've had with this brand. The other experiences were VERY rushed and subpar. I went in with my 3 sisters. One of them went for the pedi with me, we started at the same time, but she finished much earlier than me. I could see that her manicurist was rushing and just wanted to do things quickly and fast - did not look relaxing. I'd give this 3 stars, but my manicurist was so, so good - because of her, i give 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT RECOMMENDED. The results is horrible. I asked to remove my previous french gel, and make the new one. I'm not happy for the results and wasted my 2hours. The staff also very rough during the manicure. This outlet i went to located in pavillion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my mani padi and took 2.5hrs. Paid 300+ for 2 person, our nails dont look as shining as theyre suppose to be and the next day our nails arent shiny anymore. So disappointed. The place looks old so its not a good place for you to like take pictures and enjoy. I dont mind about the place or time at first but after seeing the outcome, it’s better lah if you do on your own at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here during MCO but quality has diminished. They rushed my manicure just because there’s a huge group that came in and needed attending. After painting my nail, lady said it’s done and dry but after washing my hand, the colours smeared. Nobody was available to redo it since everyone was occupied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in oct 2021, we make appointment earlier. and arrive 10 minutes early. we ask the staff, can we get the service early. And they said cannot because have other customer. so we wait until exact 2pm. the counter always have no employees. because they are so busy.
I take pedicure. for me, it was not comfortable because there no place you can placed your foot comfortably. my leg feel very sore in the entire service. the staff work very rough and fast?. while she does my nail. it is rough and hurtful. she is attending other customer at the same time. The environment was okey, the shop is actually very small and look old. One day after i get pedicure, my thumb nail become very sore and readness for 2 days. thankgod it was not effection. My package is rm 100, for 1 hour pedicure
